Frequently asked questions about this print
What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us the two names in Latin letters, their dates of birth, and the exact Arabic spelling if you have it. “Brother & Sister” can become “Brothers”, “Sisters” or be removed.
What if I don’t know how to write the name in Arabic?
Leave the field empty: we suggest a spelling in the preview. Families sometimes write a name differently; if you have a specific spelling, give it to us and we will use it exactly as it is.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
Designed by us: drawings, typography and original text. The rooms in the lifestyle photos are settings created with the help of an artificial intelligence tool.
