Frequently asked questions about this print
What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us the name in Latin letters and the date of birth. If you know the exact Arabic spelling you want (families sometimes write it differently), give it to us too: we will use it exactly as it is. Otherwise we suggest a spelling in the preview for you to approve.
What if I don’t know how to write the name in Arabic?
Leave the field empty: we suggest a spelling in the preview. Families sometimes write a name differently; if you have a specific spelling, give it to us and we will use it exactly as it is.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
