Timings and delivery
How long does it take?
You receive your preview by email within 24 working hours of ordering. After that, it depends on the format:
- digital file: sent within 24 hours of preview approval;
- printed poster (France only): dispatched from France within 24 to 48 hours of preview approval, then 2 to 4 working days of delivery by tracked post.
Where do you ship from?
From France. Our printed posters are printed and dispatched from France, for delivery in France.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery of printed posters is free within mainland France, by tracked post. The digital file is sent by email, free of charge.
How is a printed poster packed?
Flat, in a rigid cardboard envelope, so that it arrives without creases. You receive the tracking number on the day of dispatch.
Do you deliver outside France?
Not yet for printed posters: for now we deliver to mainland France only. Outside France, we currently offer the digital file (PDF), to print at home or at a print shop. Printed posters are delivered within France only.
Personalisation and preview
How does personalisation work?
When ordering, you type your text in the fields provided: names, dates, place, colour. We design the print from what you have written.
Will I see my print before it is printed?
Yes, always (unless you choose “No preview needed”). We email you a preview within 24 working hours of your order. You approve it, or ask for a change. Nothing is printed or sent without your approval.
I made a mistake in a name: what should I do?
Don’t worry. As long as the preview has not been approved, just tell us (by replying to the preview email or via the Contact page): we correct it and send you a new preview, free of charge. Once you approve it, the print is produced as it is: read the preview carefully, especially the names and dates.
What happens if I don’t reply to the preview?
We send you a short reminder. Without a reply within 48 hours, the preview is considered approved and your files are sent.
Is the text on the prints in English?
Yes, all text is in English: names, dates, slogans and welcome wording are made in English for orders placed on the English version of our shop.
Digital format and printing
What does the digital format look like?
You receive by email a high-resolution PDF file (300 DPI), ready to print, in A4 and A3. It is for personal use only.
Can I print the file at home?
Yes. Choose “photo” or “best” quality in your printer settings, at 100% (without “fit to page”), on matte paper of at least 200 gsm. For A3, or for a more polished result, you can also take the file to a print shop or photo lab.
Which sizes do you offer?
Depending on the design: a digital file to print, or (in France) a printed poster in A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) or A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), on thick matte paper.
Is the frame included?
No, the print comes on its own. The photos show how it looks once framed. A4 and A3 are standard sizes: they fit shop-bought frames.
Will the colours be the same as on screen?
They may vary slightly between a screen and paper, depending on the settings of each screen and each printer.
Returns and problems
Can I return a print?
Personalised prints and digital files cannot be returned or exchanged: they are excluded from the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28). That is why we always send you a preview before printing. A non-personalised printed poster can be returned within 14 days. Everything is explained in our returns policy.
My print arrived damaged or contains a mistake on your side
Send us a photo with your order number. If the print is damaged on delivery or if the mistake is ours, we replace it free of charge.
