Frequently asked questions about this print
What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us the name in Latin letters and the date of birth, plus the exact Arabic spelling if you have it. Otherwise we suggest a spelling in the preview for you to approve. The print says “Born” before the date of birth.
What if I don’t know how to write the name in Arabic?
Leave the field empty: we suggest a spelling in the preview. Families sometimes write a name differently; if you have a specific spelling, give it to us and we will use it exactly as it is.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
