This is not an ID document: there are no official symbols. It is a keepsake print to give on the big day.
Delivery outside France: for now, we offer the digital file (PDF), to print at home or at a local print shop. Printed posters are delivered within France only.
What you receive with this 18th birthday print
- 1 print: “Happy birthday”, the 18 years ID card (1 photo, first name, surname, date and place of birth, height and special feature your way), 6 memory photos and “[name], we love you”.
- Digital file: one high-resolution PDF (300 DPI) in A4 and A3, sent by email within 24 hours of your preview approval. Print it at home or at a local print shop. Nothing is posted.
- Printed poster (delivered in France only): A4 or A3 on thick matte paper, sent flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, with free tracked postage.
- Flat print: no embossing, no foil, no glitter. Frame not included.

Preview, corrections and cancellation
- Preview sent within 24 working hours, with 2 corrections included (name, date, a small change of text or colour among the options offered). Beyond that, we only correct our own mistakes.
- If we have not heard from you within 48 hours, the preview is considered approved and your files are sent.
- In a hurry? Choose “No preview needed (SANS APERÇU)” in the personalisation: your files arrive straight away.
- Personalised item: no cancellation or refund (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3° and 13°). A mistake on our side is always redone free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this 18th birthday print
How do I send you my photos?
After ordering, simply reply to the confirmation email and attach your photos, in good resolution and taken in daylight. If a photo is too small or blurred, we will tell you before preparing the preview.
Does it look like a real ID card?
No: it is an “18 years ID card” of our own creation, with no official symbol or wording. It cannot be mistaken for an official document.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
