What you receive with this birthday guest book

- Printed poster (delivered in France only): A4 or A3 on thick matte paper, sent flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, with free tracked postage.
- Flat print: no embossing, no foil, no glitter. Frame not included.

Frequently asked questions about this birthday guest book
Which size should I choose?
A3 is recommended: it leaves more room for each message. Have some fine felt-tip pens ready (not supplied).
Are the hearts already filled in?
No: the hearts are blank, and your guests write in them during the party.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
