What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us your best man’s name, your names and the wedding date. The colour can change to blue on request.
How do I ask?
Slip the print into an envelope, or give it framed over a coffee. The digital file also lets you send it straight away, then give a printed copy later.
Does it come in another colour?
Yes: it can change to blue. Just say so by replying to the preview email.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
