Frequently asked questions about this print
What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us uncle’s name. The definitions and the usage example can be replaced with your own (the nickname he goes by at home, a family catchphrase…). “Uncle” can become the name the children call him.
Can the definitions be changed?
Yes: keep ours or write your own (2 short lines each), to slip in a memory or a private joke. You read them through in the preview.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
