- Printed poster (delivered in France only): A4 or A3 on thick matte paper, sent flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, with free tracked postage.
- Flat print: no embossing, no foil, no glitter. Frame not included.

Preview, corrections and cancellation
- Preview sent within 24 working hours, with 2 corrections included (name, date, a small change of text or colour among the options offered). Beyond that, we only correct our own mistakes.
- If we have not heard from you within 48 hours, the preview is considered approved and your files are sent.
- In a hurry? Choose “No preview needed (SANS APERÇU)” in the personalisation: your files arrive straight away.
- Personalised item: no cancellation or refund (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3° and 13°). A mistake on our side is always redone free of charge.

Frequently asked questions about this star map
Is the sky really accurate?
Yes: every star visible to the naked eye is placed by calculation, just as you would see it above that place on that date and at that time, even in daylight. Nothing is drawn by hand.
What if I do not know the exact time?
Give a rough time: the sky changes slowly, and we remind you of this in the preview.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
The sky is calculated for your date, time and place from the European Space Agency’s Hipparcos star catalogue. Astronomy only: stars and the lines that join them, with no names. Designed by us. The rooms in the lifestyle photos are settings created with the help of an artificial intelligence tool.
