- Printed poster (delivered in France only): A4 or A3 on thick matte paper, sent flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, with free tracked postage.
- Flat print: no embossing, no foil, no glitter. Frame not included.

What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give your names and your 5 moments, with a date and a short line for each (about 25 characters). You choose the icon for each moment from: coffee, heart, home, rings, star, plane, key, book. The bottom line can change too.
How many words per moment?
One short line per date, like “The first coffee” or “A glance on a train”. If a text is too long, we suggest a shorter version in the preview.
Which icons can you choose?
For each moment: coffee, heart, home, rings, star, plane, key or book. Put it in brackets after the line.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
