Frequently asked questions about this print
What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us your names and the date. The words “Welcome to the wedding of” can be changed (engagement, wedding anniversary…). The file prints up to 50 × 70 cm. All the text on your sign is in English.
Can it be printed large?
Yes: the digital file scales up without loss to 50 × 70 cm (same proportions as A4). Have it printed at a print shop and display it on an easel.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
