What you receive with this print

- Digital file: one high-resolution PDF (300 DPI) in A4 and A3, sent by email within 24 hours of your preview approval. Print it at home or at a local print shop. Nothing is posted.
- Printed poster (delivered in France only): A4 or A3 on thick matte paper, sent flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, with free tracked postage.
- Flat print: no embossing, no foil, no glitter. Frame not included.

What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us your names and the date. Tip: choose A3 to leave room for the messages, and use a fine-tip pen.
Which size should I choose?
A3 is recommended: it leaves more room for each message. Have fine-tip pens ready (not included).
Are the hearts already filled in?
No: the 48 hearts are empty, your guests write in them on the big day.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
