What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give grandma’s name (Grandma, Nan, Granny…), the grandchildren’s names (1 to 10) and, if you like, a different bottom line. Also available for “Grandad” or “Grandma & Grandad”.
Is it available for grandad?
Yes: write “Grandad” or “Grandma & Grandad” in the name field. The rest of the print adapts to match.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
Designed by us: drawings, typography and original text. The rooms in the lifestyle photos are settings created with the help of an artificial intelligence tool.
