Preview, corrections and cancellation

Frequently asked questions about our gifts for a childminder
How do I send you my photos?
After ordering, simply reply to the confirmation email and attach your photos, in good resolution and taken in daylight. If a photo is too small or blurred, we will tell you before preparing the preview.
Can the line be changed?
Yes: “for all the cuddles, snacks and giggles” can be replaced with your own. Just tell us when you reply to the preview email.
When should I order for the end of the year?
For a leaving day or the end of the year, order at least 10 days before the last day: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If it arrives damaged or if we made a mistake, we replace it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
