What do I need to provide when ordering?
Give us the mum-to-be’s name (or the parents-to-be) and the date. The file prints up to 50 × 70 cm.
Can it be printed large?
Yes: the digital file scales up without loss to 50 × 70 cm (same proportions as A4). Have it printed at a print shop and display it on an easel.
When should I order for a specific date?
For a birthday, a family meal or a party, order at least 10 days ahead: time to approve the preview and print it.
Can I return a personalised print?
A personalised print cannot be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 3°). If the file is unreadable or if we made a mistake, we correct it free of charge. For the digital file, by ticking the box provided, you ask for immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal (article L221-28 13°).
